Lovely read.To tell you the truth, I stumbled upon this book and decided to give it a try even though I didn’t know this author. I must say I really enjoyed it. It has quite many lovely puns. It’s true I’ve always had a soft spot for puns, but the jokes are pretty witty. Here are some examples from the ones I really loved: “Why is testament also called will? Because it’s it's all about "will I get the house or not?". “Why don’t obese people like fish? It has scales (I actually told this joke to my buddy, Chris who is kinda fat and he loved it:). Why was the tadpole unable to speak?It had a frog in its throat. (picture this if you will!) Really nice book. I totally recommend buying it.Product details

So,I recently stumbled upon this book and for this price it`s a really good bengain.When i got it and started reading it I realised that those were the best 3,58 dollars I`ve even spent.The jokes are hilarious and well-thought.It really is written by a genious. 100 out of 10 !
The time and the effort was put into this book, made me think about the love that the author has for English. Amazing jokes, especially for the natives!
This writer knows what he is doing. His goal was to offer us a funny book for the study of English. His job was successfully accomplished ). Nice and warm thing with that "Thank you" to all the teachers he had in the past who taught him English.Not too many of us do that (. I totally recommend buying this book.
if you got tired of hearing,the same jokes over and over again this is the right book for you!just bought it and i can get enough of it!i do know if these are original jokes butt i can tell you i haven't heard any of them yet.i just wish the writer would have included 3000 instead of 300.it's that funny
I did not know what to expect when I first bought this book. Much to my surprise I had a really good time while reading the book. The puns are original, very funny and why not, good food for thought.
I would definitely recommend this book to all you people interested in pun jokes, and not only. You don't even need to read the whole book, even skimming would be enough to find a pun to show off to your friends.
This is a well thought out and researched book by Romanian author and English teacher Razvan Macovei. I found myself smiling throughout the book and enjoying Razvan's mischievous sense of humour. The book will be great for pun addicts, school children and advanced students in English as a second language. The glossary and the mind mapping at the end are great sources for students or those wanting to analyse word play.
It is with mixed feelings that I am writing these words - on one hand I could not be more thrilled and chuffed about a man's work of true talent. On the other hand, I can only regret that I had the privilege to learn English with a dedicated teacher for just a short time.
Although at first read, you will find (apparently simple) words tied together only to bring you a smirk, it takes one reading between the words and contemplating to find himself in at least one of the many well thought-out pun jokes.
Definitely not an average reader's book.
